Ontario condominium directors have important responsibilities. That’s why CCI has offered an Ontario Condominium Director Certificate Program to provide condominium directors with a general understanding of their obligations, establish best practices for good governance, and foster a positive community culture.
Please note that this training does not replace the mandatory director training provided by the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO). All condominium board directors in Ontario are required to complete the CAO's Director Training within six months of their election or appointment, as stipulated by the Condominium Act, 1998
